Seven friends. Seven points of view.

Meet the Seven

They do not always agree about what they see, hear or believe. That is part of what makes them a team.

Friendship comes first.
The mysteries follow.

The Group of Seven are the fictional teenagers at the centre of The Group of Seven and the Old Mill Ghost. Their different reactions to unexplained events — curiosity, intuition, caution, humour and skepticism — shape the way they investigate together.

No single point of view has all the answers. The group works best when they listen to one another, examine what they find, and stay open to ordinary explanations as well as unexplained possibilities.

01

William Rogers

Curious, careful, and willing to lead.

William helps hold the group together. His own unusual experiences fuel his interest in the paranormal, but he also understands the importance of examining evidence before deciding what it means.

02

Jessica Davis

Intuitive, observant, and analytical.

Jessica is more willing than some of the others to consider a paranormal explanation, yet she pays close attention to details, cameras, recorders and the information the group gathers. Her trust with William is one of the group’s strongest bonds.

03

Matthew Brown

The skeptic who keeps everyone honest.

Matthew joined after becoming friends with William and initially thought ghost hunting might be good for a laugh. His humour stays with him, but so does his skepticism: strange evidence has to earn his attention, even as he learns to keep an open mind.

Skepticism Humour Open mind
04

Alexis Taylor

Supportive, steady, and part of the investigation.

Alexis brings her own experiences and perspective to the group. As the Old Mill investigation develops, her friendship with Matthew begins to deepen naturally alongside the larger mystery.

05

Sarah Wilson

Cautious when a situation deserves caution.

Sarah does not need to rush toward every strange possibility. Her unease and questions give the group another perspective, while her own experiences ensure that she has reasons to take the unexplained seriously.

Caution Perspective Experience
06

Samantha Moore

Watching closely when details matter.

Samantha is an active member of the investigations and contributes through careful observation and photography. Like the others, she brings personal experience to the group rather than simply following someone else’s beliefs.

07

Jacob Jones

Quiet, polite, and determined to belong.

Jacob is the shyest member of the seven and wants to find his place among the older personalities around him. When events become genuinely unsettling, his quieter reactions can reveal just how serious the situation has become.

Different personalities. Shared trust.

The seven-leaf symbol has represented unity and enduring friendship since the original website. This crop-circle interpretation brings that mark into the Group’s next mystery while preserving its original meaning.
